I have been searching for a fitness trainer mostly for core training and have been searching and searching. I found AFitnessConnection.com and was so thrilled to know that something like this evolved. Through AFitnessConnection.com I have found my trainer and plan to document my journey as I train. AFitnessConnection.com is the next best thing. Anyone into to true fitness is here and I can't wait to see this network take over. I'll keep you posted!
