let me tell you about the health and
condition I was in .I was type 2 diabetes , high blood pressure , and 9 months post open heart surgery so I
was not in the best of health and on three medications .
In december of 2006 some friends introduced me to G Yap. I had never
worked out with a personal trainer
so I was kind of untrusting however
as I began to follow the program the
results where immediate my body fat
was reduced by 6% within 2 months
of working out with G in addition
to my confidence level rising my doctors where amazed and impressed
with my results i can happly say blood pressure is under control as well as my
diabetes . And I look forward working
out on a daily basis and I cant begin to tell how good it feels to be healthy
thanks to G . i recommend him and the trainers that work with him to anyone
and everyone that I cross paths with .
